Air Force Command states today Nov. 1 that Sergeant Chen and others originally stationed at Pingtung Air Force Base were suspected of gambling on gambling websites. Respective units got word of this and began an administrative investigation, handing out punishments to the personnel involved ranging from 2 cautions to 2 major demerits, and also deferred to police for interment.

Air Force Command also stated that all respective units shall utilize all educational opportunities to advocate the full and correct abiding of law amongst all serving personnel, and fully review all personnel and units suspected of involvement, to prevent similar cases from happening in the future.
